According to the spokesman of the Budget Consolidation Commission, next year we will see an increase in traffic crime tariffs. It is worth mentioning that the rate of increase in traffic crime tariffs, which was supposed to be 2% as in previous years, will reach 5% next year with a jump.
Proceeds from the increase in driving crime tariffs will be donated to the Welfare Organization to cover the costs of severe, very severe disabilities and spinal cord injuries resulting from traffic accidents and disability prevention.
Accordingly, it is expected that a table of driving offenses with the title and code of offenses as well as the final amount of the fine will be published soon. Amounts to be applied to driving offenses next year.
The approvals of the 1400 Budget Consolidation Commission will become law if approved in the open session of the parliament and approved by the Guardian Council. Violators of these laws will be dealt with in accordance with the law.
Previously, in the budget of 1999, the traffic fines were supposed to increase by 2% this year compared to last year, but in the end, according to the approvals of the parliament, there was not much difference between the fines of 1998 and 1999.
Experts predict that with the increase in tariffs, we will see a decrease in the number of traffic accidents next year. These two components always have an effective relationship with each other and have the opposite effect on each other.
