For the first time, Apple will allow third-party makers of smart home management tools to use Siri Voice Assistant. Companies included in the HomeKit plan will be able to use it in their products.
Later this year, we will see the release of products from the makers of home management smart appliances with Apple Siri voice assistant.
Such devices can detect and execute user voice commands. At its conference, Apple used the Ecobee smart thermostat, which uses Siri, to demonstrate this feature.
It was also announced that Siri on such devices will support features such as personal request registration, intercom, alarm and timer.
At its developer conference, Apple unveiled new operating systems such as iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 alongside the MacOS Monterey with mouse and keyboard sharing and new features such as privacy for iCloud and Safari and more features for customizing notifications in iOS 15.
