There are still a few months left until the introduction of the Galaxy S22, but the latest report, contrary to previous rumors, says that this family will be launched in some countries with the Exynos 2200 chipset. A previous report announced the release of all Galaxy S22 models with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chipset.

According to a well-informed Twitter source with a username Ice UniverseSome countries receive the Exynos 2200 version of the Galaxy S22. It is unknown at this time what country these regions will be included in, but the GalaxyClub website said in a separate report that the Galaxy Snapdragon will be available in many more markets than in the past, but the Exynos version will still be available.

A former Samsung employee, nicknamed Super Roader, had previously told the LetsGoDigital website that the company wanted to ship all Galaxy S22 models worldwide with the Snapdragon 898 and skip the Exynos models in general.

Exynos and Snapdragon chipsets have differed significantly in the past, and users have often complained about the low power of Samsung chips. But this year we expect to see the production of products with high graphics capabilities in collaboration with Samsung and AMD.

The Snapdragon 898 uses a three-cluster architecture including 1 large core, 3 high-power cores, and 4 low-power cores. On the other hand, the Exynos 2200, with the help of AMD, achieves the RDNA2 architecture, which gives this product a very high level of GPU processing power.

A few days ago, following the release of the first live images of the Galaxy S22 Ultra, it was announced in a report that this family will probably be introduced on the 19th of Bahman and will enter the market on the 29th of Bahman. The two standard models and the Plus or Pro will be significantly different from the Ultra model, as the Ultra model is more similar to the Galaxy Note family of phones.
