Recently, Twitter account KittyYYuko first pictures RTX 4060 / 4060 Ti Founders Edition graphics cards has published These images show the same classic design of the RTX 40 FE graphics cards, except that we are dealing with a smaller card in terms of dimensions. Anyway, it turns out that this card is a two-slot card from the Ada Lovelace series.

RTX 4060 can be seen on this graphics card, but the publisher of the images claims that this graphics card may also be the RTX 4060 Ti Founders Edition. The reason for this claim is not clear, but it is possible that the final specifications have changed or that Nvidia simply used the same cooler to test the board of both cards.
Just to remind you, GeForce RTX 4060 Ti graphics card is supposed to be equipped with AD106-350 processor with 4352 CUDA cores. This card has 8 GB of GDDR6 memory, but the memory interface width is only 128 bits. In addition, the thermal power of this graphics card is 160 watts, which is 40 watts less than the 200 watts of RTX 4070.
On the other hand, the GeForce RTX 4060 graphics card is supposed to be equipped with the low-end AD107-400 processor, although its full version with 3072 CUDA cores. The memory configuration of this graphics card is the same as the RTX 4060 Ti, but its thermal power has been reduced to 115 watts. Both graphics cards are supposed to support PCIe 4.0 x8 interface.
The fact is that we still don’t know if these images are real or not; But the problem is that it is unlikely that a normal user will take the trouble to build a Founders Edition cooler from scratch. On the other hand, there is no indication that Nvidia plans to release the RTX 4070 and RTX 4060 graphics cards under the Founders Edition series. Therefore, we have to wait and see what Nvidia finally decides about Ada Lovelace mid-range graphics cards. Up to this point, we have seen the strangest decisions from Nvidia, and from now on, nothing is strange and far from expected.
