The American magazine Consumer Reports, after publishing the list of the top brands in terms of customer satisfaction, has now gone into detail and published a table of the models with the highest and lowest satisfaction.
This time, as before, Tesla shines brightly and its products occupy the top ranks of the satisfaction table. The company’s cheapest product, the Model 3, stands at the top and has the most satisfied customers in the United States. After this electric model, Kia Telluride chassis is in the second place; The Tesla Model S and Model Y also ranked third and fourth, respectively, and the Mazda MX-5 Miata ranked fifth.
But at the bottom of the table, where customers are least satisfied with their car, is the Mazda CX-3. Apart from this car, Nissan Kicks, Infiniti QX60 and QX50 are other Japanese models that have a nice place at the bottom of the table. The Jeep Compass also failed to satisfy customers and is the fifth model among the cars with the lowest level of satisfaction.
Consumer Reports has evaluated the owners of models that are between one and three years old in its evaluation and has surveyed them based on factors such as comfort, electronic equipment and driving quality. It is important to note that in this assessment, customer satisfaction does not necessarily mean more confidence in cars.
In support of this claim, it should be noted that Tesla, which has achieved top rankings in assessing satisfaction, does not have a good position in assessing reliability due to numerous quality problems; Buick brand, whose customers have high trust in its products, is also in the bottom ranks of the table in assessing satisfaction.
But back to the top of the satisfaction table, Tesla Model 3. This electric car has received almost perfect points in terms of factors such as driving experience and design. In terms of comfort, the score of this car is higher than the average figure, and in terms of value, its score is in the average range.
On the other hand, the CX-3 crossover could not score high on any of the factors, although in terms of driving experience and design, this car managed to score more than the average. The comfort level of this Japanese crossover with less than 50% is the lowest recorded figure among all models. Nevertheless, the CX-3 outperforms the Tesla Model 3 in terms of value.
It is worth noting that Lincoln Aviator and Corsair, Toyota Prius, Jeep Gladiator and Tesla Model X complete the top ten list of top models in terms of satisfaction. On the other hand, Nissan Pathfinder, Chevrolet Trax, Infiniti Q50, Ford Eco Sport and Toyota C-HR are ranked sixth to tenth in the list of models with the least satisfaction.
