AMD is going to release Zen 4 desktop processors with 3D V-Cache memory by the end of this month. This technology adds 64 MB of L3 cache memory to these processors. This amount of cache memory significantly improves the gaming performance of these processors and AMD can compete more effectively with Intel’s 13th generation Raptor Lake processors. The supply of these processors starts with two models Ryzen 9 7950X3D and Ryzen 9 7900X3D and Their reviews will be published on February 27.
Ryzen 9 7950X3D/7900X3D processor review release on February 27
As announced by Twitter page Momomo_us, AMD has set February 27th as the release date for Ryzen 9 7950X3D and Ryzen 9 7900X3D processor reviews. Usually, reviews of hardware products are published a few days before their launch so that users can review new products before purchasing and make a purchase decision. Ryzen 7000X3D processors are scheduled to start shipping on February 28.
The Ryzen 7000X3D processor series includes three models and comes in two versions. First, two Ryzen 9 models from this series will be released on February 28. These models include the 16-core Ryzen 9 7950X3D processor and the 12-core Ryzen 9 7900X3D processor, which are priced at $699 and $599, respectively. The third processor in this series is the 8-core processor Ryzen 7 7800X3D and it is supposed to be released five weeks later on April 6. At $449, this processor is the cheapest Ryzen 7000X3D series processor.
AMD has not released any information about other models in this series yet, but this number alone is three times the number of Zen 3 3D C-Cache processors. The only Ryzen 5000X3D processor that AMD released in the previous generation was the Ryzen 7 5800X3D processor, which is still one of the best AM4 processors for gaming.
