Sadaf’s online employment and internship exhibition is held with the aim of providing job opportunities

According to the public relations of Pardis Technology Park, this online exhibition will be held in four provinces of Tehran, Alborz, Isfahan and Yazd. More than 800 companies have participated in the five courses so far, and more than 5,500 jobs and internships have been registered by the companies. Also, more than 80,000 job seekers visited these exhibitions and more than 3,500 resumes were sent by job seekers for defined opportunities, resulting in the employment of more than 500 people in companies.

Among the special programs planned for the sixth oyster’s employment and internship exhibition, we can mention the possibility of specializing the companies ‘online booths by uploading pictures and videos, the possibility of employers talking to job seekers online, holding special training workshops for companies’ human resources managers, and so on.

The possibility of attracting students and graduates of the country’s top universities, facilitating and increasing the efficiency of the process of attracting human capital are among the benefits of attending this exhibition.

It should be noted that in this period, the companies of Pardis Technology Park and Daneshbanian can use the services of the exhibition with a special discount. Employers can apply to attract human capital and top talents of universities until December 26 through the site of the job fair.

It should be noted that one of the concerns of students and university graduates is always to pass an internship and find a suitable job related to the field of study. On the other hand, one of the biggest and main problems of knowledge-based industries and companies is attracting capable manpower.

One of the ways to fill this gap, which is common in many countries of the world, is to hold job and internship exhibitions in order to meet and communicate directly between the employer and the job seeker in order to know and evaluate each other.
