The Samsung camera assistant program is released for these phones

Samsung camera assistant application Released for Galaxy S22 series with One UI 5.0 update. The company plans to release the Camera Assistant app for more Galaxy phones. It seems that Samsung is trying to expand the capabilities of this application in addition to covering more corners. One of the new features allows users to control the image recording speed, image resolution and timer.

The Camera Assistant app allows users to choose from three image softening options: Off, Medium (50%) and High (100%). With this program, the shutter speed can be changed so that it is activated as soon as the button is pressed instead of waiting for it to be released. With this method, you can record a series of images consecutively. In addition, you can create an animated GIF or video file by dragging or holding the shutter button on the screen.

Shutter lag can also be improved using this upgraded app thanks to new settings. You can set the photo recording speed with the Speed Priority option. Disabling Auto HDR also eliminates shutter lag. Two other shutter settings are: Balanced and Quality Priority. The first option balances shutter speed and image quality. Quality Priority also focuses on recording higher quality images by reducing the shutter speed.

Samsung has added new timer options. Now you can capture photos every 1 second, 1.5 seconds, 2 seconds, 2.5 seconds and 3 seconds. If your device heats up when taking photos or videos, it may be due to processing steps you’re doing with the camera. High brightness of the screen can also be another reason for overheating of the phone. The Camera Assistant app can be set to automatically dim the screen after 1 minute (or 10 minutes) of video recording.
