The specifications of the new models of 12th generation Intel Alder Lake processors have been revealed

The specifications of 12th generation Intel Alder Lake processors other than the K series have been revealed, which shows the speed of operation and configuration of its various cores. This information is published by the source Momomo_US who profiles Six different models is showing.

As expected, the Core i9 and Core i7 processors retain the same configuration of their K-Series vectors. The main difference is in the form of CPU speed and TDP. The Core i9-12900 (F) chip offers a 16-core, 24-bit configuration with 30MB of L3 cache. The base frequency speed is 2.40 GHz for P-Cores and 1.80 GHz for E-Cores. The maximum frequency of this chip increases to 100.1 MHz boost to 5.1 GHz. Locked chips in this case have a power consumption of 65 watts, while the maximum consumption of unlocked processors is up to 125 watts.

The next processor is the Core i7-12700 (F), which has 12 processing cores, 20 crisp and 25 MB of mesh memory. The base frequency of this model will be 2.10 GHz for P-Cores and 1.60 GHz for E-Cores. The maximum processor frequency in this model reaches 4.90 GHz, which consumes 65 watts. In the next step, we will see the biggest change in Core i5 non-hybrid chips.

The Intel Core i5-12600 and Core i5-12400 chips both feature a 6-core, 12-bit design and are only equipped with the Golden Cove for P-Cores. Both chipsets have 18 MB of L3 cache and the base frequencies are 3.3 GHz and 2.50 GHz, respectively. Both chips have a maximum consumption of 65 watts and it remains to be seen how they will perform compared to AMD’s Raizen 5 5600X chips. The two are in the same segment and are in close competition with each other. The 12th generation Intel Alder Lake non-K series processors will probably be available in early 2022.
