Xiaomi announced the “Mega Launch” ceremony on April 9 yesterday, however, it did not mention the products present at the event. Now the Chinese have officially introduced the May 11 Ultra and Pro phones at the event Confirmed.
For a long time now, we have been seeing reports of different versions of the Xiaomi May 11, a phone that was introduced several months ago with the Snapdragon 888 chip separately for the Chinese market as well as the global market.
Xiaomi wants to unveil the May 11 Ultra as well as the May 11 Pro next week, however we expect the May 11 Lite to be present at the event. Although the poster published by the Chinese company does not mention the phone, but considering its sale in an Italian store and the release of the unboxing video, it will most likely be unveiled next week.
In a poster for next week, Xiaomi claims that the May 11 Ultra and May 11 Pro will challenge the best Android phones on the market and provide the best experience for thousands of fans.
These smartphones are equipped with a 50-megapixel camera sensor of Samsung ISOCELL Bright GN2 with multi-directional autofocus. In addition, users will have access to a small screen on the back panel next to the main camera so they can take high-quality selfies and videos.
These products will be equipped with Qualcomm’s latest chipset, the Snapdragon 888, and are also expected to support 67-watt fast-charging technology.
Along with the May 11 Ultra and Pro, the May 11 Lite will be available, which will have a lower price in addition to weaker specifications. The Chinese mid-range phone will feature a 90Hz OLED display and will also feature a Snapdragon 732G chip. The device is expected to enter the market at a price of close to 300 euros.
